HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Hey there! If you need a refund, don’t worry. We are here to help you!

Please follow these steps to get your refund:

  • Ensure the items have tags and original package intact

  • Send us an email to sales@phantai.co.uk with a copy of your receipt. Please ensure to specify quantities, item bought, reason why you're returning the items and if you'd like an exchange or a refund 

  • Once we received your return details we will send the address details to ship the package

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are insured during their journey back to us

NOTE: All packages must be returned prepaid.

Your return will be accepted if your item:

  • Still has original tags and original packaging intact

  • Is returned within 30 days of receipt

  • Has not been handle, damaged, sweated, worn, used, or washed

  • Please note all items are subject to inspection

  • Returns of items with damaged packaging will incur a handling charge to be designated by us on a per product basis

The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Phantai. We will process your return within the next 10 business days and you will receive an email with the refund confirmation


Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase.

Refunds will be given only for the full priced items (sale, clearance or coupons items can’t be refunded)
